摘要
现代大学发展的要义是不断提升自己的核心竞争力,大学文化则是核心竞争力之一,优秀的大学文化业已成为一所大学卓越与否的重要标志。对于建设教学研究型大学而言,打造有特色的大学文化刻不容缓。除了用科学的理念指导大学文化建设之外,还要从优秀教师的培养、合理的制度建构和形式多样的阵地建设三个方面来深入推进优秀大学文化的内涵建设。
The essence of the development of modern universities is to improve their core competitiveness,and university culture is one of them.Excellent university culture has become an important symbol of an outstanding university.As for the construction of teaching and research universities,creating a unique university culture is of great urgency.Besides scientific concept for instruction,excellent teachers,reasonable systems and various bases of university culture are still necessary for further promoting the university cultural construction.
