摘要
抗独特型抗体是机体针对抗体可变区所产生的特异性抗体。基于其独有的性质,它在小分子物质免疫检测中可以替代有毒标准品建立无毒化检测技术;也可以用来建立新的免疫检测模式,特别是非竞争模式,从而提高传统免疫检测技术的特性;还能够在多残留检测中发挥优势。抗独特型抗体制备困难是制约其应用的瓶颈,但噬菌体展示库技术为解决此问题提供了一条有效途径。
Anti-idiotype antibody(AId or Ab2) is an antibody raised against the variable region of an original antibody.Based on characters of AId,it could be used for(ⅰ) substituting virulent hapten as standard sample to develop innocuous immunoassay,(ⅱ) designing novel immunoassay model,especially non-compe-tive model,to improve the performance of traditional immunoassay,and(ⅲ) developing multi-target immunoassay.The difficulties inherent in anti-idiotype antibody generation are limiting factors for its wide application,but phage display technology may be a way to circumvent this problem.
