摘要
文章介绍了自动变速箱液力变矩器的闭锁功能,通过研究液力变矩器传动特性和闭锁离合器闭锁规律,制定了液力变矩器闭锁控制策略,应用Matlab/Simulink建立了液力变矩器传动模型、闭锁控制模型以及动力系统模型,并在UDDS工况下对模型进行了仿真。仿真结果表明该闭锁控制模型正确,能准确按照闭锁规律闭锁。
This paper introduces the locking function of the automatic transmission torque converter.Based on the study of the transmission characteristics of the torque converter and the locking rule of the locking clutch,the locking control strategy for the torque converter is made.The models of torque converter transmission,locking control and power system are built based on Matlab/Simulink,and the models are simulated under UDDS conditions.The simulation results show that the locking control model is correct and it can lock according to the locking rule accurately.
