摘要
介绍了6AT的控制策略;进行了其控制器快速控制原型仿真和硬件在环仿真试验,并使用开发的6AT控制器进行样车试验。结果表明,该控制器满足性能要求,快速控制原型及其硬件在环仿真能提高控制器的开发效率。
The control strategy of six-speed automatic transmission(6AT) is presented.Both rapid control prototyping(RCP) simulation and hardware-in-the-loop simulation(HILS) test on transmission control unit(TCU) are carried out,and the sample vehicle test with TCU developed for 6AT is also conducted.The results show that the TCU meets its performance requirements,and RCP and HILS can enhance the development efficiency of TCU.
