摘要
随着社会经济的发展,网络舆论在社会管理中的作用日渐凸显。公众通过网络媒体实现公众政治参与,推进民主法制进程,并通过影响我国公共政策的制定,实现民众的公共利益,促进了社会和谐发展。但是,网络舆论还存在着法制建设不健全,容易被利益集团操控,主流媒体信息失真等缺陷。提高我国网络舆论监督作用,不仅有赖于政策与法规的进一步完善,更有赖于政府、网络舆论、公众三者的整体发力。
Along with the socio-economic development,web opinion in social management plays a more and more important role.The public political participation is carried out through the Internet media.Web opinion carries forward process of democracy and legal rule,realizes people＇s benefit and promotes social harmony by influencing the establishment of the public policy.But there are some problems such as the incomplete legal system,so web opinion is easily controlled by interest groups,and mainstream media are distorted.To enhance the supervisory function of the web opinion depends on not only further perfecting the related laws and regulations but also the integral resultant force among the state government,web opinion and the public.
