摘要
高职院校在发展中应结合自身校况,积极进行管理创新,逐步引入目标管理考核模式。因此,应明确目标管理的内涵和意义,建立和完善高职院校目标管理制度,探索目标管理的具体实施方案,实现高职院校全面协调可持续发展。
Higher vocational college should combine with their own school situation in development and carry on the management inno-vation actively,introduce the goal management assessment model gradually.So we should clear the connotation and signifi-cance of management by objective,establish and perfect the system of management by objective in higher vocational college,explore the specific implementation plan of management by objective,to achieve comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
