摘要 寡糖可作为激发子诱导植物产生抗性反应,提高防御酶活力,积累植保素,从而增强自身的抵抗力.本实验利用细菌AGN12的胞外酶对褐藻胶进行生物降解,得到不同聚合度的寡糖样品.实验结果表明,褐藻胶寡糖能激活大豆子叶的防卫系统,诱导合成和积累较多的植保素,并且对大豆子叶防御酶有良好的诱导作用. Oligosacchride could induce the phytoalexin to make plant respond to phytopathogenic attack.It was found that alginate could be degraded to oligosaccharide by strain AGN12.In this paper,oligosaccharide samples with different degree of polymerization were prepared by degrading alginate with strain AGN12.The results indicated that alginate-oligosaccharide could induce the phytoalexin in soybean cotyledon and elimite defense response enzymes.
