摘要
为利用丝胶独特的性能改善棉织物的服用性能,以BTCA为交联剂,采用轧烘焙的方法用丝胶对纯棉织物进行整理。经傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析,证明在高温条件下,丝胶交联固着在织物表面。可用柠檬酸钠和酒石酸钠混合代替次亚磷酸钠作为BTCA的催化剂。整理后棉织物的吸湿、放湿及保温性能有明显提高。
In order to take the advantage of the specific property of sericin to improve wear property of cotton fabric,cotton fabric was finished with sericin using BTCA as crosslinking agent by pad-dry-cure process.Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophocopy(FT-IR) and SEM confirmed that sericin was fixed on the surface of cellulose at high temperature.Compound of sodium tartrate and sodium citrate was an ideal substitute for sodium hypophosphite as catalyst for BTCA.The moisture absorption,moisture release and heat preaervation of finished cotton fabric were remarkably increased.
