摘要
提出了加强基层部队卫生装备管理的一些措施,如以管好卫装为己任、以科学管理为目标、以人才培养为重点、以配套建设为基础、以厂家服务为依托,增强官兵的管理意识、完善管理制度、提高管理水平、改善管理条件和加强行业管理,从而实现卫生装备管理质量的提高和卫勤保障效能的提升。
Some measures on medical equipment management are introduced so as to improve the management quality and the health service support efficiency, such as enhancing responsibility and scientific management, putting emphasis on talents cultivating, improving necessary installations, relying on the manufacturers and their after services and strengthening the whole units′ sense of management.
