摘要
网络治理作为一种以协调与维护为目的的新型治理模式成为治理虚拟企业的有效模式。市场导向型与战略导向型虚拟企业因在组建方式、联结纽带、主从关系与成员关系等方面存在区别,其治理问题的产生机理及治理模式的侧重点均有所不同。前者的网络治理模式是以权力治理机制为主、以外部市场治理机制为辅的权威型治理模式;而后者的网络治理模式是以社会资本治理机制为核心的协调型治理模式。
Network Governance is an effective model for virtual enterprise.According to the different objects,virtual enterprises can be divided into two categories： market-oriented virtual enterprise and strategy-oriented virtual enterprise.Market-oriented virtual enterprise＇s governance model is mainly made up of authority governance mechanism and eternal market governance mechanism,while strategy-oriented virtual enterprise＇s governance model is mainly composed of social capital governance mechanisms.
