摘要
以乙醛酸为模型产物,对配对电解合成技术进行了研究。草酸和乙二醛分别在阴、阳两极室内进行配对电解,使两极室中电解产物均为乙醛酸,产率各为28.2%和21.5%。若采用大面积的多极式电极,则产率可大幅提高。配对电解可使电耗降低一半,是有应用前景的合成技术。
Paired electrosynthesis using glyoxylic acid as a model product has been studied in
this paper. Glyoxylic acid was produced at both of anode and cathode which were separated by
a cation-exchange membrane. The catholyte was an oxalic acid solution while the anolyte was
a solution of containing glyoxal and hydrochloric acid. The productivities were 28.2% and 21.5%
respectively. With this electrosynthesis technique the electricity consumption may be reduced
by fifty percent. The paired electrolysis technology has a brilliant future.
