摘要 研究了成对电解新工艺,即在阳极室乙二醛电氧化合成乙醛酸,收率超过70%;在阴极室顺丁烯二酸电还原合成丁二酸,收率可达85%。同一电解槽同时获得二种高附加值的产品,并且比旧工艺节约了40%的电能。该工艺具有投资少,工艺简单。 We studied a new process of paired electrolysis such as the electro oxidation method to produce glyoxalic acid from glyoxal at the anode and succinic acid from maleic acid at the cathode.Two kinds of high valuable products were obtained in one cell.This process has many advantages:it reduced the electro energy;the process was easily operated;the mother liquid could be recycled.The whole process has no pollution.
