摘要
培养的倍体能显著提高园林植物的观赏和利用价值。在离体培养条件下,比较了不同浓度、不同处理时间的秋水仙素对阔叶风铃草进行染色体加倍的诱导效果。结果表明,当秋水仙素浓度为0.10%,处理24h后变异率达到最高,为30%,诱导效果最好。从形态变异苗中鉴定出1株四倍体,四倍体植株与原二倍体植株比较,在形态上表现为:生长缓慢,生长期延长,叶片气孔变大,叶绿体数目增多,叶片变厚,叶色变深,茎变粗且节距长。
Polyploid breeding can significantly improve the omamental and utility value of landscape plants,in vitro culture of Campanula atifolia was treated with colchicines at different concentration and time duration.It showed that the induction rate could reach 30% with colchicines at 0.10% for 24 h.Identified a tetraploid from the morphological variation seedlings,compared with the normal diploid plants,the tetraploid had slow growth,longer growing phase,larger stomata,more chloroplasts,thicker leaf and darker leaf color,stronger stems with longer length per stem stalk.
