摘要
以7年生四倍体白花泡桐和二倍体白花泡桐为材料,研究了二者木材的纤维形态以及化学成分的差异.结果表明,四倍体白花泡桐木材纤维长度、宽度、长宽比、壁厚、壁腔比及腔径比随树龄增加以及树高增长的变化趋势与二倍体白花泡桐基本相同,但变化幅度有差异.四倍体白花泡桐木材的纤维长度、长宽比,纤维壁厚、壁腔比、腔径比均比其二倍体大,而纤维宽度比其二倍体小.四倍体白花泡桐木材的冷水、热水、1%Na OH、苯-醇抽出物、木质素含量比其二倍体分别减少了4.47%,5.08%,12.24%,43.68%,20.09%;纤维素、综纤维素含量分别增加了3.54%,3.57%.综合分析认为,四倍体白花泡桐更适宜作为造纸原料.
The difference of fiber characteristics and chemical properties between seven-year tetraploid and its diploid Paulownia fortunei were investigated in this paper. The results showed that the trends of wood fiber length, width, fiber aspect ratio, wall thickness, wall cavity ratio and diameter cavity ratio of tetraploid Paulownia fortunei are basically same with the increase of Paulownia fortunei tree age and height, but rangeabilities are different. The wood fiber length, fiber aspect ratio, wall thickness, wall cavity ratio and diameter cavity ratio of tetraploid Paulownia fortunei were larger than those of the dip- loid; The fiber width is smaller than that of the diploid. The content of cold water extracts, hot water extracts, 1% NaOH extracts, benzene-alcohol extracts and lignin of tetraploid Paulownia fortunei re- spectively decreased by 4.47% , 5.08% , 12.24% , 4.47% and 20.09% ; While the content of cellulose and holocellulose of tetraploid Paulownia fortunei content increased respectively by 3.54% and 3.57%. Analysis shows that tetraploid Paulownia fortunei are more suitable as papermaking raw materials.
