摘要
土壤微生物及酶活性是描述土壤质量的重要生物学参数。在实验室控制条件下,研究了0、5、20、50mg/kg苄嘧磺隆对土壤中细菌、放线菌和真菌数量及蔗糖酶、脲酶活性的影响。结果表明:苄嘧磺隆对细菌、放线菌和真菌的生长均有抑制作用,且和苄嘧磺隆浓度呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。苄嘧磺隆对蔗糖酶表现出先抑制再恢复的效应,抑制效应和苄嘧磺隆的浓度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);而对脲酶活性表现出抑制、恢复再抑制的效应,抑制效应和苄嘧磺隆的浓度呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。
Soil microbes and enzyme activities are important biological parameters of soil quality. In the laboratory conditions, effects of bensulfuron methyl with concentrations of 0, 10, 20, 50 mg/kg on the amounts of bacteria, actinomyces, fungi and the activities of sucrose, urease were studied. The results showed that bensulfuron methyl inhibited the growth of bacteria, actinomyces and fungi , wich showed significant positive correlation with the concentrations(P 〈0.05). Activity of sucrase was early inhibited by bensulfuron methyl, then resumed, the inhibition showed extremely significant positive correlation with the concentrations (P 〈0.01); Activity of urease was early inhibited by bensulfuron methyl, then resumed, and inhibited lastly, the inhibition showed significant positive correlation with the concentrations (P〈 0.05).
