摘要
从20世纪90年代起,我国公办学校办学体制改革在有效利用国有和民间资源、深化管理体制改革、形成多元化办学体制、适度满足社会需求、提升办学水平和提高教育质量等方面,发挥了重要的作用。本文提出,现阶段需要进一步明确办学主体,坚持分类指导,强化政府责任,研究制订相关配套政策,公私并举推进多元办学,满足多样化的教育需求,提升教育品质。
Since 1990s, the management system reform of the public schools in our nation is playing quite an important role in utilizing national and social resources, intensifying management system reform, creating multi-funding system, fitting the needs for society and enhancing the educational quality. The ＂outline＂ puts forward new requirements for deepening the reform on the running systems of public schools. Now it：s necessary to further clear governance subject, stick to classified guidance, strengthen the responsibilities of government, research on formulating relative policies, impel multivariate schools to meet diverse educational needs and even improve educational qualities.
