摘要
目的 探讨应付方式对慢性酒依赖患者生活质量的影响,为采取针对性干预措施提供依据.方法 对55例慢性酒依赖患者（观察组）和43名正常体检人群（对照组）采用应付方式（CSQ）和生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）进行测评.结果 （1）研究组应付方式是以自责、幻想和退避为特点;（2）研究组GQOLI-74各维度和客观状态总分除物质生活外均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）.（3）研究组GQOLI-74总分与解决问题、求助呈正相关,但只与求助有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;GQOLI-74总分与合理化、退避呈负相关,并有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）.结论 慢性酒依赖者的应付方式不良,生活质量受其自身的心理特征影响.除药物治疗外,根据其心理特征给予心理干预,可提高其心理健康水平和生活质量,防止复饮.
Objective To investigate effects of the coping styles on the quality of life in patients with chronic alcohol dependent. Methods 55 cases of chronic alcohol dependent （study group） and 43 eases of local citizens without a history of alcohol abuse （control group） were surveyed with coping styles questionnaire （CSQ） and the Generic Quality of life Inventory - 74 （ GQOLI - 74 ）, analysed the relevant factors. Results （ 1 ） The coping styles in study group were self - accusation and mirage and retreat. （2） The total score of objective state and the scores of all dimensions except material life in GQOLI - 74 in study group were significantly lower than that of the control group , the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. （3）It was revealed that the study group GQOLI -74 total score and solve difficulty, assistance, but only assistance was relevant statistical significance （P 〈 0. 01 ） , GQOLI -74 total score and rationalization, avoidance was negatively related and statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The coping styles of the patients with chronic alcohol dependent were in bad way and their life quality were affected by their own psychological characteristics. In addition to medical treatment, To give the corresponding psychological treatment according to their psychological characteristics can help the patients improve their life quality, prevent the resumption of drinking.
