摘要
构建农村和谐社会与发展循环旅游经济在本质内容上是一致的,存在着互动的关系。循环旅游经济发展可以有效促进农村人与自然以及人与人之间关系的和谐,是有利于农村和谐社会建设的经济模式;农村和谐社会的构建又可以为循环旅游经济的发展提供社会、科技和法律保障。因此,应从观念、机制、模式、消费等层面上进行创新,促进农村和谐社会与循环旅游经济协同共进。
The construction of countryside harmonious society and the development of circulative tourism economy were consistent in essential content,and they had interaction relation.The circulative tourism economic development could effectively promote the harmony between people and nature as well as people themselves,so it contributed to countryside harmonious society.The construction of countryside harmonious society could provide social,technologic and legal safeguards for circulative tourism economy.It was important to put innovative countermeasures in practice from aspects of idea,mechanism,pattern and consumption,promoting the communal development for countryside harmonious society and circulative tourism economy.
