摘要
乡村旅游与新农村示范基地成效评估体系的构建和实施,能对示范基地起到良好的监督作用,并利用示范基地经济效益的刺激,带动其他地方乡村旅游点的规范发展,实现乡村旅游点综合效益的协调发展。该研究阐述了示范基地成效评估体系构建的目的、原则、内容以及指标体系实施的方法,以期进一步规范示范基地的发展,更好地发挥示范基地的作用。
The evaluation system construction and implementation of rural tourism and new countryside demonstration bases can play well on the supervisory role.Model-based economic incentives promote the normalized development of other agricultural tourism points and realize the coordinated development of comprehensive benefits.The construction purpose,principles,contents and implementation approaches of the effect evaluation system of demonstration bases were discussed,so as to further standardize the development of demonstration bases and better play the role of demonstration bases.
