摘要
在介绍白洋淀湿地农业面源污染现状的基础上,运用低碳经济理论,提出以低碳农业经济思路治理白洋淀湿地农业面源污染,并从大力宣传低碳农业经济思想、因地制宜选择低碳农业经济发展模式、建立低碳农业经济技术支撑体系等方面阐述发展低碳农业经济的对策,旨在实现白洋淀湿地农业生产发展与生态环境保护双赢,为国内其他同类湿地农业面源污染防治提供借鉴。
Based on introducing the current status of agricultural area-source pollution in Baiyangdian Lake wetlands,using low-carbon economic theory,it was proposed that low-carbon agricultural economic clue was used to treatment agricultural area-source pollution in Baiyangdian Lake wetlands.Some countermeasures for developing low-carbon agricultural economy were discussed,including publicizing strongly the thought of low-carbon agricultural economy,selecting the suitable low-carbon economic development model of agriculture based on the local situations,establishing the technology support system of low-carbon agricultural economy.The research aimed to realize the double win of agricultural production development and ecological environment protection in Baiyangdian Lake wetlands and provide reference for the control of agricultural area-pollution in other similar wetlands in China.
