传统的安全管理是一种被动型、经验型的作业驱动型管理,是一种见子打子式的服从松散管理的"要我安全";而纳入经营战略的安全文化建设是一种创新的效益型、系统型的项目驱动型管理,把管理者的安全目标要求转换成员工"我要安全"意识的共同愿景,从而实现"以人为本"的本质安全,增强企业"免疫能力",增强员工"抗击打能力"。
The traditional safety management is a kind of passive and experience-based job-driven management,like "Force me to be safe".However,the safety and culture construction which is involved in the business strategy is a kind of efficient and systemic management,converting the safety requirement of the manager into the shared vision of "I want safety".Thus,the "people oriented" essential safety is realized,the "immunity of enterprise" is strengthened,and the "anti-beat capacity" is also heightened.
