Nowadays, the real economy is facing a new round structural adjustment so that the profits of many salt and chemical manufacturing enterprises are decreasing, and even they are facing production and management loss. Under this passive circumstance, carrying out low--cost business strategy is an efficient way to help salt and chemical enterprises stop loss and get rid of poverty under the condition of market economy.
