摘要
文章以四档拉维娜行星齿轮机构自动变速器为研究对象,通过不同换挡执行元件的组合,得到了它各档的运动规律和各个工作元件之间的运动关系,然后通过运用单排行星齿轮机构一般运动规律的特性方程式列线性方程组求解出了其各档的传动比,同时采用啮合功率法(间接功率法)得到了其各档的传动效率。通过该方法计算出的传动比和传动效率均符合车用变速器的要求,从而得到了一种针对拉维娜行星齿轮机构的新的分析方法。
A four-stall automatic transmission,which has a navgneaus planetary gear mechanism,was taken as the example.And through the combinations of different shift actuators,its motion law and movement relations between various work components were got.Then the characteristic equation,which shows the general law of motion of the Single-Row Planetary Gear Mechanism,was used to calculate its transmission ratio and "Meshing Power Method" to calculate the efficiency of the automatic transmission.As a result,they are both in line with the requirements of car transmissions,so a new analysis method for this mechanism is proposed.
