摘要
建立了测定鸡组织与鸡蛋中氯苯胍残留的高效液相色谱法。试样用乙腈提取,经HLB固相萃取柱净化和流动相定容后,采用高效液相色谱法测定。以乙腈-0.05mol/LNH4H2PO4缓冲液(6:4,v/v,pH6.5)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,于317nm波长下检测。氯苯胍在10～1000μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系;方法的检出限(信噪比为3)为10μg/L,定量限(信噪比为10)为15μg/kg;回收率为73.1%～88.7%。该法操作简便、快速、灵敏、准确,样品处理简便易行,适用于测定鸡组织与鸡蛋中残留的氯苯胍。
A method for the determination of robenidine residue in chicken tissues and eggs by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） was established.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and purified by an HLB solid-phase extraction（SPE） cartridge.The extract was analyzed by HPLC with acetonitrile-0.05 mol/L NH_4H_2PO_4 buffer（6∶4,v/v,pH 6.5） as the mobile phase.The flow rate of the mobile phase was 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength was 317 nm.There was a good linear correlation between the peak areas and the concentrations of robenidine in the range of 10-1000 μg/L.The limit of detection（S/N=3） was 10 μg/L,and the limit of quantification（S/N=10） was 15 μg/kg.The recoveries of robenidine were 73.1%-88.7% at the spiked levels of 15,50 and 100 μg/kg.The results demonstrate that the method is easy,fast,sensitive,and suitable for the confirmation and quantification of robenidine residue in chicken tissues and eggs.The clean-up effect,sensitivity,accuracy and precision can all meet the analysis requirement.
