镁合金表面SiO_2/有机硅杂化涂层的制备及其耐腐蚀性能 被引量:4

Preparation and Corrosion Resistance of SiO_2/Organosilicon Hybrid Coating on the Surface of Magnesium Alloy

摘要 为了提高镁合金的耐腐蚀性能,先对其表面进行磷化,再采用溶胶-凝胶法在磷化膜表面制备SiO2/有机硅杂化涂层。采用电化学工作站测试涂层的极化曲线,并用金相显微镜观察了其腐蚀前后的表面形貌。结果表明:磷化膜表面的杂化涂层光滑、黏附性优良,硅溶胶与有机硅树脂形成了有机无机网络连接;磷化膜表面涂覆有机硅树脂和杂化涂层都可以显著提高镁合金的耐腐蚀性能,但后者的效果更加明显。 Chemical conversion coating was prepared on the surface of Mg alloy by phosphating,and then SiO2/organosilicon hybrid coating was prepared atop the phospha-ting coating via sol-gel process.An electrochemical work station was performed to measure the polarization curve of the hybrid coating.The morphologies of the hybrid coatings before and after corrosion tests were observed with an optical microscope.Results show that SiO2/organosilicon hybrid coating sitting on the phos-phating coating is smooth and possesses good adhesion to sub-strate,due to the formation of network connection between silicon gel and organosilicon.Both the organosilicon coating and hybrid coating sitting on the chemical conversion coating were able to significantly improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium,and the latter possessed better corrosion resistance.
