摘要 分析了生产车间冷却水传统供水系统存在的问题,为解决这些问题,设计一种基于PLC与变频调速技术的新型节能恒压供水系统.讨论了控制系统的结构组成、工作原理、运行方式、硬件与软件设计,其中硬件设计包括PLC、变频器、传感器、水泵和电动机选用,软件设计包括确定I/O点数I、/O口分配、系统控制电路图及程序流程等.新系统较好地解决了传统供水系统存在的供水压力波动大、故障率高、能源浪费严重等问题,提高了系统运行稳定性、可靠性、灵活性和供水质量,节能效果明显,具有应用推广价值. The problems which exist in the workshop of cooling with traditional water-supplying system is analyzed in this paper.To solve the problems,a new type and energy saving constant pressure water-supplying system is designed.The system is based on programmable con-troller(PLC) and the technology of frequency converter.The structure,working principle,operating mode,design of hardware and soft ware of this system are discussed in this paper.The choice of PLC,frequency converter,pump and motor are included in the hardware design.The distribution of I/O port,the distribution of number of I/O and the control circuit diagram of system are included in the software design.The problems such as the big pressure fluctuation of water-supplying,the high failure rate and the serious energy dissipation are solved well in the new system.The stability,reliability,flexibility and the quality of water-supplying are improved.and the effect of energy saving is obvious.
