摘要
深孔零件用传统的机械加工方法加工,加工难度大,加工质量难以保证.磁化切削是一种特种加工方法,他能使深孔零件钻削过程中的切削力下降、切削热减少、并使零件加工质量得到改进.正确选择磁化切削中的磁动势、励磁电流等参数,可使零件获远好于普通切削的切削效果.
It is great difficulties to process the deep bore spare parts by traditional machining,and the quality can't be guaranteed.Magnetic cutting is a special machining method which can lower the cutting force,reduce cutting heat and improve machining quality.Through the proper selection of parameters,such as magnetomotive force in thecutting,field current and so forth we can get much better cutting effects than ordinary cutting.
