摘要
以果糖或蔗糖为原料合成呋喃基衍生物是生物质转化利用的重要过程之一。将己内酰胺和对苯甲磺酸进行中和反应制备了有机盐(即己内酰胺-对甲苯磺酸盐),并研究该有机盐催化果糖和蔗糖脱水合成5-羟甲基糠醛的反应过程。结果发现,在氮气保护下,当使用10.0mol%己内酰胺对甲苯磺酸盐为催化剂时,果糖和蔗糖脱水生成5-羟甲基糠醛的产率分别可达89%和48%。同时,考察了催化剂用量和反应条件对果糖转化反应的影响,并对反应结果进行了讨论。
The catalytic synthesis of furan-based chemicals with fructose and sucrose as the feedstocks was one of important processes for the biomass utilization.The organic [caprolactam]+-[p-toluenesulfonic acid]+(+-) salt was prepared from caprolactam and p-toluenesulfonic acid.Furthermore,the synthesis of 5-hydromethylfurfural(HMF) was investigated with a catalytic of +-as the catalyst.As a result,89% and 48% yield of HMF were obtained at 90℃ under N2 atmosphere when 10.0mol% +-was employed in dimethyl sulfoxide.Meanwhile,the effects of catalytic amount,reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated in detail.
