摘要
5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)是源自生物质的一种用途广泛的平台化合物,采用液相色谱法分析制备5-羟甲基糠醛反应体系中各组分,分别采用紫外检测器和示差检测器测定5-HMF和果糖的含量,实验结果表明,此分析方法具有快速、准确的特点。将此分析方法应用于分析制备5-羟甲基糠醛的混合物,可以准确得到反应的转化率、产率和选择性,为研究合成5-羟甲基糠醛的反应过程奠定了基础。
5-hydroxymethyl furfural (5-HMF) is a valuable platform chemical. HPLC method was used to analyze the components in the synthesis of 5- HMF. UV detector and refractive index detector were applied to determine the content of 5-HMF and fructose, respectively. The results showed that this method was convenient and accurate. This method could be applied in the synthesis of 5-HMF, and the reaction conversion, yield and selectivity could be obtained from the analysis data. The study laid foundation for the synthesis of 5-HMF.
