64层CT仿真内镜在结肠隆起性病变及憩室诊断中的临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨64层CT仿真内镜(CTVC)结合三维成像在结肠隆起性病变及憩室诊断中的临床价值。材料和方法:对43例经病理证实的结肠隆起性病变及憩室患者进行CTVC检查和三维后处理成像。结果:43例中,26例结肠癌和13例结肠息肉与纤维结肠镜(FC)诊断结果基本一致;4例CTVC诊断为结肠憩室,其中2例FC未发现异常。结论:64层CTVC结合三维成像对结肠隆起性病变具有较高的临床应用价值。 Purpose To determine the applied value of multislice spiral CT(MSCT)of virtual colonoscopy combined with 3D reconstruction for colonic diseases.Materials and Methods Forty-three patients with surgical and pathologically proved colonic diseases underwent the examinations of MSCT virtual colonoscopy combined with 3D reconstruction.The imaging data in all patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 43 patients,colonic carcinoma was found with virtual colonoscopy in 26,colonic polyp in 13,colonic deverticulum in 4.All polyps were revealed by virtual colonoscopy and fibrocolonoscopy.Four carcinomas in four patients and four colonic deverticulums in 2 patients were revealed by virtual colonoscopy but were invisible by fibrocolonoscopy.Conlusion Compared with fibrocolonoscopy,CTVC combined with 3D reconstruction have higher diagnostic value in colonic disease.
