摘要
目的探讨3种不同形态白体耳郭软骨移植在鼻尖成形术中的应用效果。方法自2006年3月至2009年9月，针对214例患者外鼻下端形态的不同特点，分别应用盾形、双叉形和三又形自体耳郭软骨游离移植于鼻尖，同时行硅胶假体隆鼻术。结果214例患者术后随访3～24个月，除盾形组有2例患者软骨移位，其余患者鼻尖形态均得到明显改善，效果满意。结论根据患者鼻下端形态特点选择适应证，应用不同形态的自体耳郭软骨移植于鼻尖，其方法简单，手术效果好，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the application of three different shapes of autologous auricular cartilage graft in nasal tip rhinoplasty. Methods From March 2006 and September 2009, 214 patients were performed the nasal tip rhinoplasty by using the shield-shaped, bifurcate-shaped and trifurcate-shaped autologous auricular cartilage according to the characteristics of the lower half of external noses and augmentation rhinoplasty with silicon gel prosthesis was performed simultaneously. Results After 3 -24 months follow-up, all patients were satisfied with the improvements of the appearance of their nasal tips except for 2 cases with implanted cartilage displacement in the shield-shaped group. Conclusion In order to achieve preferable results, surgeon should use an appropriate shape of the autologous auricular cartilage graft on the basis of different nasal appearances of the patients in nasal tip rhinoplasty. This technique deserves popularization for its simplicity and effectualness.
