摘要 功率分流无级变速器(PS-CVT),是一种新型无级变速系统,在结构上其结合了CVT和机械式齿轮变速器的优点,同时还强化了功率传递方面能力。由于行星齿轮效率与输入输出元件相关,再结合并联式、串联式PS-CVT的各种组合,PS-CVT传动效率计算较繁琐。推导出一适合并联、串联各种组合的PS-CVT传动效率计算公式,并通过计算分析,各选出一种并联、串联结构,其传动效率最高,研究成果对设计PS-CVT机械结构有一定指导意义。 Power split continuously variable transmission (PS-CVT) is a new type of CVT system. The advantages of CVT and gear transmission are combined in structure and the capability in power transmission is strengthened. The calculation of PS-CVT efficiency is complicated,for the efficiency of planetary gear is related to input and output components,also because there are several combinations of serial and parallel PS-CVT. A formula for efficiency calculation of PS-CVT with serial-parallel combination is deducted and an optimal structure with highest transmission efficiency is selected after calculation. The result of research has guidance significance for the design of PS-CVT mechanical structure.
