摘要
在用铁砂制备的铁氧体基复合电波吸收材料中添加一定量的单轴各向异性磁铅石铁氧体单畴微粉,通过磁织构化处理,使高度弥散在基础材料中的磁铅石铁氧体易磁化轴有序排列。结果使铁氧体吸波材料的特性发生明显的变化:吸收量A从17dB提高到31dB;第二吸收峰位置从9.75GHz移至高频10.4GHz;10dB带宽从1.9GHz增至2.35GHz;匹配厚度从1.1mm增至1.7mm;对应10dB吸收量允许涂层厚度变化Δh=1.2mm等。对作用机理进行了初步探讨。
By doping an amount of uniaxially anisotropic single domain magnetoplumbite ferrite particles to spinel ferrite based composite wave absorption materials made from iron sand and magnetic texture treating,the easy axes of the magnetoplumbite ferrite particles which highly disperse in base materials keep magnetic ordering.As a result,the absorption A increases from 17 to 31 dB;the second absorption peak shifts from 9.75 to 10.4GHz;10dB bandwidth increases from 1.9 to 2.35GHz;matching thickness increases from 1.1 to 1.7mm;10dB thickness change is 1.2mm.A preliminary discussion for mechanism is given.
