摘要
用铁砂 (磁铁矿 )尾矿制备性能优良的电波吸收材料 ,在 7~ 12GHz频段 ,最大吸收量达 2 7dB、10dB带宽 1.9GHz ,匹配厚度 0 .74mm ,其综合性能优于精铁砂制备的吸收材料。因是废物利用 ,有较高的经济效益。经相变处理 ,磁性和结晶结构发生变化 ,对吸波材料的性能影响为 :吸收量微降 ,两吸收峰间距加大 ,带宽增加 ,匹配厚度较大增加 ,达 1.4 2mm。
Producing EM wave absorption material by iron-sand (magnetite),in the range of 7~12GHz,the maximum absorption quantity can reach 27dB,10dB bandwidth is 1.9GHz,matching thickness is 0.74mm,its all round performance is better than the material produced by fine iron-sand.The reuse of this industrial waste can bring great economic benefit.After phase-transformation heat-treatment,the magnetism and crystallographic structure is changed,the influence on the performance of absorption material is: absorption quantity is decreased minutely,the distance of two absorption peaks and 10dB bandwidth is increased,matching thickness is greatly increased to 1.42mm.
