摘要
近年来,我国的知识产权教育在学历教育、职业教育和普及教育三个层次上取得了进展;但在此过程中,学科知识之间的横向联系不够。物权思想集中反映了知识产权的物化能力或物化结果,对知识产权经济功能的发挥有重要的作用。本文在论述知识产权教育的目标以及物权与知识产权关联性的基础上,提出了在知识产权教育中运用物权思想的若干具体建议。
China's intellectual property right education has made progress in degree education,professional education and universal education.In this process,however,the connection between disciplines is limited.The concept of real right reflects the materialization of intellectual property right(IPR) and plays an important role in the economic functions of IPR.Based on the goals of IPR education and relevance between real right and IPR education,recommendations are made for utilizing the concept of real right in IPR education.
