摘要
农产品质量安全及其风险因子的研究一直是人们关注的热点和焦点。本文就环境污染导致的环境激素对农产品质量安全的影响进行了初步的探讨,意在呼吁大家在关注农业投入品对农产品质量安全的影响的同时,关注环境恶化对农产品质量安全的威胁。
Study on agro-products quality safety and its risk factors had always been the hot topic that people focused on. In this paper, the effects of EDCs on agro-products quality safety were discussed. It was aim to call for people to pay attention to the threaten of environmental deterioration on agro-products quality safety as well as the effects of agricultural inputs on it.
