JDCS模型及其对人力资源管理的启示 被引量:2

摘要 工作压力需求—控制—支持(JDCS)模型是工作压力研究领域一个影响广泛的组织压力模型,它的产生引领了大量的研究者对其进行验证和应用。本文对于JDCS模型进行了详细介绍,并对近期相关的实证研究进行了综述,在此基础上阐明了工作需求控制支持模型的研究对人力资源管理理论和实践产生的作用和启示。
