摘要
通过对354名企业被试的问卷调查,探讨工作压力对员工心理健康的影响。结果表明,工作需求与情绪衰竭正相关,与一般健康状况负相关;工作控制与情绪衰竭负相关,与一般健康状况正相关。工作压力过高会导致员工的心理健康下降,心理健康是工作需求和工作控制共同作用的结果。
To explore the effect of work stress on employees' psychological health, 354 subjects from five enter- prises were surveyed by some questionnaires. The results indicated that job demands was significantly positively related to emotional exhaustion but negatively related to general health. Job control was significantly negatively related to emotional exhaustion but positively related to general health. High work stress led to low psychological health of employees. Psychological health was due to the interaction of job demands and job control.
