摘要
通过对某燃气锅炉房循环水泵的运行情况进行测试,求得不同运行频率、不同阀门开度下的水泵效率、水泵特性曲线和管网特性曲线,并分析各水泵在频率和管网阻力改变时的运行效果,同时与改造前的运行工况作对比,得出水泵加装变频装置后的节能效果显著。同时,总结改造经验,为系统优化提供参考依据。
By testing the operation on circulating water pump of gas-fired boiler room,it could analyze the pump efficiency,pump characteristic curves and pipeline characteristic curves under the different operating frequency and different valve opening.And the running effect of the pump is analyzed when the frequency of pump and pipeline resistance changed.At the same time,the conclusion shows that the pump installed frequency conversion device can achieve significant energy-saving result by comparing with the operating conditions before transformation.At last,it summarized the experience of transformation to provide the reference for the system optimization.
