摘要 建筑能耗在全社会总能耗中所占比重越来越大,尤其是大型商业建筑,其能耗更大。因此,在大型商业建筑中采用智能控制系统,对设备进行优化管理,对提高建筑设备运行水平、节约运行成本、降低能源浪费具有重要意义。从供配电系统、空调与通风系统、照明系统3个方面阐述了大型商业建筑设备的节能措施。 The proportion of architecture energy consumption among the social total energy consumption is becoming bigger and bigger. Especially, the energy consumption in the large-scale commercial architecture is bigger. Therefore, it is significant for large-scale commercial to make full use of the building equipment by using the intelligent control system, such as realizing optimized management, raising operation level, saving operation cost and reducing energy waste. The measurements of saving energy in the large-scale commercial architecture were introduced from three aspects such as power supply and distribution system, air-condition and ventilation system and illumination system.
