摘要
针对某宾馆热水输配系统故障率高、运行能耗高等问题,分析原因,并根据实测数据分析管网特性及水泵特性,比较更换一次热水循环水泵和加装变频器的利弊。测试结果表明,输配系统改造使空调系统的运行效率明显提高,系统运行能耗降低。
There are many common questions in distribution system in a hotel building,such as more failure rate,higher operation energy consumption and so on.Reasons of these questions are analyzed comparing pros and cons between replacing the water pump and installing the convert.Through the actual operation after applying the frequency conversion renovation of hot water pump,the operation efficiency of the air-conditioning system can be improved obviously and the operation energy consumption for system is decreased.
