中庸思想为孔子首创,它是孔子管理思想的基石,蕴含着深刻的哲学价值。本文主要基于中庸之道的管理艺术,旨在把其运用到现代管理中。
The mean theory was initiated by Confucius,it is the cornerstone of management thought of Confucius,and it also contains profound philosophical value.This article is based on mean of the art of management,is intended to apply to the modern management.
