摘要
研究了不同浓度阿特拉津和氯氰菊酯联合染毒对鲫肌肉、肾脏和肝脏SOD活性的影响,结果表明,阿特拉津和氯氰菊酯联合染毒对鲫肝脏、肾脏和肌肉SOD活性均产生显著影响。染毒后第9天,2个浓度组(阿特拉津浓度分别为5.3 mg/L、10.6 mg/L,氯氰菊酯浓度均为1.1μg/L)的肝脏SOD活性均受到抑制,肾脏SOD活性均受到诱导,肌肉SOD活性在低浓度下受抑制,高浓度下被诱导。且在设置浓度范围内,阿特拉津和氯氰菊酯与肝脏SOD活性之间存在剂量—效应关系;在5~9d,与肌肉SOD活性之间存在时间—效应关系。
The results from studying the effect of Atrazine and Cypermethrin with different concentration on SOD activity of muscle,kidney and liver of Carassius auratus showed that Atrazine and Cypermethrin had significant effect on SOD activity of muscle,kidney and liver of Carassius auratus,the combinations of 5.3 mg/L Atrazine+1.1μg/L Cypermethrin and 10.6mg/L Atrazine+1.1μg/L Cypermethrin inhibited liver SOD activity and induced kidney SOD activity,5.3mg/L Atrazine +1.1μg/L Cypermethrin inhibited muscle SOD activity and 10.6mg/L Atrazine+1.1μg/L Cypermethrin induced muscle SOD activity 9d after contaminated.There was a correlation between Atrazine and Cypermethrin concentration and liver SOD activity and between contaminated days(5~9d) of Atrazine and Cypermethrin and muscle SOD activity.
