杉木人工林土壤理化性质及酶活性的变化规律 被引量:9

摘要 为揭示杉木人工林土壤肥力变化规律,研究了江西省景德镇市枫树山林场不同连栽代数、不同林龄的杉木人工林土壤理化性质和酶活性的变化。结果表明:随着林龄的增长,除土壤容重趋于增加外,土壤pH、阳离子交换量、全氮、速效钾及酸性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶、尿酶和蛋白酶的活性均有所降低;随着土壤深度增加,土壤pH、阳离子交换量、氮磷钾养分以及酶活性均呈下降趋势。二代杉木林的土壤容重、pH、阳离子交换量和速效磷的含量高于一代杉木林,但土壤全氮、速效钾的含量和酶活性低于一代杉木林;土壤酸性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶、脲酶、蛋白酶与土壤pH、有机质、全氮、速效钾呈极显著或显著正相关,土壤酸性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶、脲酶与土壤速效磷呈极显著正相关。 The soil physicochemical property and enzymatic activity of Chinese fir plantations with different continuous planting generations and different forest age in Fengshushan forest farm of Jiangxi province were studied to reveal the change regulation of soil fertility of Chinese fir plantation.The results showed that pH,CEC,total N content,available K content and activity of acid phosphatase,catalase,urease and protease decreased with the increase of forest age except for soil bulk density,the pH,CEC,N,P and K nutrients and enzymatic activity decreased with the increase of soil depth.The soil bulk density,pH,CEC and available P content of the second generation of Chinese fir plantation were higher than that of the first,but the total N and available K content and enzymatic activity was lower than that of the first generation of Chinese fir plantation.There were significant or very significant positive correlations between activity of soil acid phosphatase,catalase,urease and protease and pH,organic matter content,total nitrogen content,available K content.There were very significant positive correlations between activity of soil acid phosphatase,catalase and urease and available P content.
