摘要
建立职业年金制度是高校养老保险制度改革的关键。建立职业年金制度对于强化高校优秀人才持久激励和促进高校可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。文章针对高校养老保险存在的主要问题,提出了建立高校职业年金制度的战略构想。
Establishing the occupational pension system is the key to reform university old-age pension system. Establishing the occupational pension system is very important in strengthening the long-term motivation of university talents and promoting harmonious and sustainable developrnent in university. This article finally puts forward the strategic thought on the occupational pension system against the chief problems of the university old-age pension.
