摘要 目的 microRNA是一类内源性、高保守、大小约22个核苷酸的单链非编码RNA。microRNA广泛分布于真核细胞内,它能够通过与对应的靶mRNA3,末端非翻译区(3,UTR)特异性结合来直接降解靶mRNA或破坏其稳定性,从而抑制靶mRNA的翻译,对基因进行转录后水平的调控。microRNA调控着人类基因组中20%~30%的基因,参与生物体的生长发育及多种生理病理学过程,包括细胞分化、细胞增殖、细胞凋亡,以及糖尿病、肿瘤形成、心血管疾病、神经功能紊乱、病毒感染等等。本文主要针对参与血脂代谢的microRNA作一综述。 MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are a recently discovered class of approximately 22 nucleotide RNA molecules.They are endogenous,highly conserved,and negatively regulate target mRNAs through binding the 3' end of untranslated region(3'UTR) in post-transcriptional level.microRNAs regulate 20%~30% of the human genome and participate in a variety of physiological pathological processes during growth and development,including cell differentiation,cell proliferation,apoptosis,diabetes,tumor formation,cardiovascular diseases,neurological disorders and viral infections.This overview discusses the relationship between microRNA and lipid metabolism.
