摘要
目的探讨军队非现役文职护士的特质应对方式。方法采取便利抽样法,采用特质应对方式问卷对2所三级甲等医院的303名非现役文职护士进行心理评估。结果消极应对方式得分(23.60±6.45)与积极应对方式得分(37.15±6.41)均高于常模(P<0.01),以人口学资料分组,其应对方式得分差异均无统计学意义。结论在军队非现役文职护士的准入条件设置上应进行与征兵标准相同的心理健康测评。
Objective To investigate the coping styles of non - commissioned civilian nurses in military hospitals. Method By convinience sampling method,303 non - commissioned civilian nurses in two 3A - level military hospitals were recruited assessed with Coping Style Questionnaire. Results The score of the negative coping style was (23.60 ± 6.45 ) and the score of the positive coping style was (37.15 ± 6.41 ) , both higher than the norm (P 〈 0.01 ). There were no statistical differences among nurses with different demographic conditions. Conclusion The access conditions for non - commissioned civilian nurses should have the same standard of mental health evaluation as the recruitment.
