摘要
本文从探讨居民信息消费的定义及统计口径入手,根据1981—2007年的统计资料计算出了我国城乡居民的信息消费额。其结果表明:我国居民信息消费正趋于稳定增长,并向信息内容消费方面发展,通信消费与文化教育娱乐消费日益融合。为适应此种变化,政府需采取相应的对策措施,以便更好地满足居民的信息消费需求。
Proceeding with the discussion on the definition of resident's information consumption and its statistical route, this paper calculates the urban and rural residents' spending on information in China by using the statistical data from 1981 to 2007. The results indicate that the residents' information consumption in China is increasing steadily, and is moving towards information content consumption, meanwhile, spending on telecommunications and spending on culture, education and entertainment are daily integrated. To adapt to this change, the government should adopt appropriate countermeasures to help the residents meet the demand for information consumption better.
