摘要
对处理含油废水的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)管式超滤膜进行了阻力分析,采用原子力显微镜(AFM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对PVDF膜表面进行微观观测,考察了PVDF新膜表面的粗糙程度和膜污染前后表面的光洁程度,通过傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线能谱(EDS)对PVDF膜表面污染物进行了分析,讨论了污染物的类型和污染物的主要成分。实验分析结果表明膜污染后的阻力主要来自凝胶层阻力,占总阻力的79.8%。污染物附着在膜的表面,其主要成分是含氧的有机化合物。
The resistance of PVDF tubular uhrafihration membrane used for treating oil-containing wastewater has been analyzed. The PVDF membrane surface is observed microscopically through atomic force microscope (AFM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The surface pollution of the new PVDF membrane are investigated. roughness and smoothness before and after the membrane Pollutants on PVDF membrane surface are analyzed with fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray energy spectrum (EDS). The types and ingredients of the main pollutants are discussed. The experimental results show that the resistance after membrane fouling is mainly caused by gel layer resistance ,whose proportion is as high as 79.8%. The main ingredients of the pollutants adhered to the membrane surface are oxygen-containing organic compounds.
