反渗透是目前工业水处理中的常见工艺。运行中,膜污染在所难免。如何选择适宜的反渗透膜清洗方案是影响反渗透系统长期运行稳定高效的关键和难点。本文通过工程案例展示了针对反渗透膜系统进行膜污染分析的方法及研究制定清洗方案的相关技术,实施效果证明制定的清洗方案效果优异。
RO has been a normal technology in industry wastewater treatment.With running, RO system will be polluted inevitably. So, it's important to keep the RO membrane system running high efficiently and stably by choosing the appropriate Clean Plan corresponding to the pollution. This case has shown how to analyze the pollution and choose the appropriate cleaning plan. It has been proved that the clean technology is effective.
